Marc Maher

Marc is a transactional real estate attorney.  His practice centers on short-sale negotiations.  Marc also serves as the Designated Broker for North Gateway Realty, LLC; a boutique, residential real estate brokerage company in N. Phoenix.  Marc is licensed with the Arizona Department of Real Estate as an instructor; he uses this license to teach continuing education courses to real estate agents.  Marc's brokerage and teaching experience compliments his real estate law practice and enables him to provide his clients with the highest level of professional legal representation.

Marc began his career in Arizona's real estate industry.  In 1999, Marc graduated magna cum laude from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in business; he was a member of Dr. Jay Q. Butler's real estate program.  His employment experience is rooted in commercial and residential brokerage as well as property ownership and management (Marc owned and managed various multifamily assets housing an aggregate of approximately 50 tenants.)  Marc returned to business school in 2007 to secure a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, and later, a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Houston.  Since July 2008 Marc has negotiated ~ 140 residential short sale transactions.
