GARY ROSSER

Gary has broad legal expertise in both transactional and litigation matters, including construction, commercial litigation, real estate, landlord-tenant disputes, general civil litigation, personal injury, and family law. He has experience in both private practice and as in-house counsel. His business skill sets have helped him to develop a thorough knowledge of the problems and issues facing businesses in today's business environment.

Gary began his career with the Law Offices of Gary L. Rosser, a firm that he founded in 1993. From 2002 to 2006, Gary was Business Manager and General Counsel for a framing contractor and General Manager for a general contractor. Prior to joining Boates & Crump, PLLC, Gary practiced with a Scottsdale firm where his practice focused on real estate and business law.

Gary has conducted numerous trials and a wide variety of hearings in the United States District Court of Arizona and Arizona Superior Court. He has also represented clients before the Arizona Court of Appeals.

Gary has been practicing in Arizona since 1992. Gary is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the District of Arizona.

In 1989, Gary graduated magna cum laude from the University of Toledo with a Bachelor of Business Administration. He attended the Ohio State University College of Law where he earned his Juris Doctor degree with honors in 1992. He was selected for the Ohio State University Journal on Dispute Resolution and served as the Business Manager.

Gary and his wife live in the North Valley with their two kids.
